The Department of Asian American Studies congratulates Professor Xiaojian Zhao on her contributions to "Gold Mountain: Chinese Californian Stories" at the California Museum in Sacramento. A prolific historian in Asian American history, Professor Zhao's research helped develop this new exhibit exploring 175 years of history from the Gold Rush to the present.
